Sanyuu West is truly a gem. Every time I go, I’m reminded why it’s one of my favorite spots. The food is exceptional — everything tastes incredibly fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and full of authentic flavor. The ramen is rich and comforting, the sushi is beautifully crafted, and even the small plates feel like they’re made with real care. The service is another highlight. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. They know their menu well and are always happy to make recommendations, which I appreciate. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, perfect for a casual dinner, a date night, or even just a quiet meal alone. You can tell they put effort into the little details, and it makes the whole experience feel special. Overall, Sanyuu West delivers consistency, quality, and great vibes every single time. If you’re looking for amazing Japanese food with top-notch service, this place is an easy 10/10. Highly recommended.

I loved everything about this place! We did the 15 course option for $87 with some additions. Each bite was unique and tasty. The fish melted in your mouth. I definitely could’ve had more but it was just enough for me.

Came here for dinner with a friend and was genuinely impressed. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and Chef Jason put on an amazing show while preparing our meal. He not only showcased his culinary talent but also took the time to recommend some great bars and local spots to check out afterward. A fantastic experience all around!
